Card Making Class with Sonya
We have partnered up with local artist & card maker, Sonya Furman, to offer this card making workshop! Sonya will guide you to create 4 different cards during the workshop, just in time for mother's day, father's day & all the special birthday in between!
Sculpted Copper Tree Workshop
Learn how to sculpt your very own copper tree with owner & artist Nathalie Garbani. No prior skills necessary as you will be guided throughout this magical process!
Neuro Art & Somatic Experience
Neuro Art is a creative workshop for anyone. You’ll first be guided through a somatic meditation with crystal sound bowls to go inwards, then the creative process of making the neuro lines, reflecting on the lines and adding color will commence. Each month, the theme changes; from mandalas, to ancestry trees, spirals to totem animals.
Look at this like a self care date, a total experience of mind & body, we invite you to be curious & open to creativity!

Art Walk
Come visit The Humble Hut and grab a cup of always organic coffee or tea + sweet or salty bites to eat as you feel into the experience of our space. Filled with local arts & crafts, we are more than just a cafe. Make sure to continue walking down Bayshore to visit the many amazing local businesses that are part of the First Friday Art Walk!
REPAIR CAFE
Local mechanic and dear friend of ours, Scott Doris, will be at our cafe Feb 24th from noon-4 pm diagnosing Bike issues and doing small repairs!
Stop by (or bike here!) and get a get a brew.
The Writer’s Society
For the lovers of words and stories, here is a meet up for you. Each month we will meet, get cozy in this space (grab a tea or glass of wine) and sit amongst other’s who love to write. We will introduce a topic, either from an image, a text, a set up reflection questions. We’ll write, reflect and for those who want to share or appreciate each other’s writing. The meet up is casual, it isn’t a workshop where you are taught how to write, just a few hours spent with other’s, dedicated to writing and connection.

The French Connection is our monthly meet-up for the lovers of French culture & language! Whether you are fluent in the language, wanting to brush up on your French or simply curious about learning more about it all, this is the meet-up for you! We will casually discuss French culture topics such as art, food, travel, philosophy…all tied in with French words to help you expand! Higher Self Collage
An evening of inner connection to your Higher Self. Through a series of somatic practices, you’ll be guided to connect to your Higher Self; what this version of you feels like, looks like & most desires. You’ll then move into creation, by using mixed media to create a collage that encapsulates and expands this vision.
It will be held at our sister unit, The Space Between (Unit 14, few doors down from The Humble Hut). The Space Between is our Yoga & Somatic Movement Studio where we hold classes throughout the week.
We will have some magazines & clippings and though please feel free to bring your own + anything you would want to add to your collage.
