Our Classes

  • Vitality

    is designed to awaken your soul with a funky crafted playlists as we FLOW through movement with breath and transition that will invigorate you without depleting you. This is a non-heated flow that is suitable for all bodies + levels, show up as you are, all classes are taught to the bodies IN the room.

  • Pause

    is a yin-inspired class. Easeful poses are held for 3-5 minutes, as you are guided to find stillness and presence with your body. The playlist is as yummy as your connective tissues will feel once you come out of each pose. The room is set to 72 degrees.

  • Inward

    While in a restorative pose, you'll be guided through a somatic meditation accompanied with sounds scapes (sound bowls & more). Similar to yoga nidra, with a deeper emphasis on your inner parts. The intention for this class is for you to be in full presence with all that is, holding space for your Self and all that you are.

  • Space

    Our slow flow class is meant for you to move and create more SPACE in our minds, emotional bodies and physically vessel by slow, intentional movement. A blend of slow yoga and somatic movement.

  • Held

    is our delicious restorative class where we invite you to release the demands of your daily life and allow yourself to become H E L D in each pose, aided by props, to allow you to truly unwind. Low lighting, soft music, gentle touch (assists) if desired. All props available in studio for students.

  • Balance

    This class is meant for you to create balance in your mind, body and soul through a blend of balancing poses, flow and somatic breath work, movement & reflection. Bring a journal if possible, if not, paper is available. Why? to write down reflections.
